Low Cost Veterinary Care/Animal Shelter

PeachState Animal Rescue Foundation, Inc. is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our primary mission is to place unwanted dogs and cats into loving, caring homes. PARF is a licensed animal rescue operation through the State Of Georgia and Georgia Department Of Agriculture.  

Serving all of the southeastern coast from South Carolina to Daytona Beach, Florida as well as the entire State of Georgia.

After years of operating the area's only low cost spay/neuter clinic we saw the need for affordable basic wellness & emergency care. 

So, like a well oiled machine, our team of doctors, nurses/technicians, & volunteers made the changes necessary to give this community everything it was missing.

Now, along with low cost spay/neuter, we also offer monthly flea/tick control, heartworm & parasite control, vaccinations, microchipping.

We also offer limited primary emergency care in conjunction with our specialists or your regular veterinarian.

The esteemed Dr. Janeen Kluska, DVM continues to be the ONLY veterinarian providing low cost/high volume spay/neuter services in this area since 2014.
